Job Description

• Direct tax – Computation, Payment & filing of Monthly and Quarterly TDS returns, taxes, etc.
• Indirect tax – Preparation & finalization of GST working, returns and payment of monthly GSTR-1 & 3B.
• Banking related work – Liasion with Bank official for day-to-day requirements, FIRC, endorsements, Import payments, etc.
• Accounts Payable – vendor invoice booking and payments
• Accounts Receivable – Intercompany receipts & Fx remeasurement
• Purchase order – Managing IT related CapEx & OpEx PO. Managing all aspects of routine and CAPEX procurement, purchase orders and Rate Contracts. Monitoring and tracking CAPEX purchases against the approved CAPEX
• Weekly Cashflow – Preparation & managing weekly cash requirement incl. coordinating with inter-department for their
• Fixed asset management & verification and maintaining record keeping with all department.
• Accounting - Day-to-Day finance transaction, ME & Yearly close, reconciliation, Prepaid & Accruals.
• Liaise with the Group, Internal and Statutory auditors to provide them with timely and accurate information requested.
• Insurance – GPA, GMC & General Asset insurance.
• SG – managing vendor creation, PO & payment management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager
• Has to have 7 plus years of experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• Professional certification like CA, CFA or inter CA is mandatory
